Obituary
David Power, 83 of Lewisville, Texas passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2013 at the Atrium Medical Center in Corinth. He was born in Cork, Ireland to John and Bridget Power.
He married Bridget O'Keeffe in Huntington, NY on April 15, 1955. He was a retired Brick Mason.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16th at the St. Mark Catholic Church with Father George officiating. He will be laid to rest in Ireland at a later date.
David is survived by his wife, Bridget of Lewisville Texas, daughter, Eileen Murphy and her husband St.John Murphy of Argyle Texas, grandchildren Stephen, Lisa, Kevin and Deirdre, son, Sean Power and wife Teresa Power of Sound Beach NY, brother, Paddy Power and wife Betty of Killeagh, Ireland and brother Tom Power and wife Mary of New York. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Deirdre Power and 5 brothers.
Memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the St. Mark Catholic Church Building Fund, 2800 Pensylvania Dr., Denton, TX 76205.
