David C. White, of Ajijic, Mexico, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014. He was 73. He was born on March 29, 1941 in Decatur, TX. He attended Decatur High School, gained a degree in political science from North Texas State University, and a law degree from the University of Houston.
David worked as a lawyer in Denton and Decatur for 17 years.  He was a state elected District Judge in Denton County for 12 years.  David married Blanca in 2004 and they have lived in Ajijic, Mexico for the past 10 years.  David was very witty and enjoyed playfully interacting with people from all walks of life.  He will be greatly missed.
David is survived by his wife Blanca; his three children Andrea, Nathan, and David Andrew; and his two step-children Patty and Julio.  He has seven grandchildren: Haden, Owen, Chase, Erik, Jacob, Isaac, and Eleanor.
A receiving of friends will begin at 5pm on Tuesday April 8, 2014 at DeBerry Funeral Directors  in Denton, TX.  A celebration service will follow at 6:30pm.
