Demetrio Montoya Armendarez, 85 of Denton, passed away to be with our Lord on Thursday, November 21, 2013. He was born on November 22, 1927 in El Mulato, Mexico to Antonio Armendariz and Petra Montoya Armendariz. He married Francisca Dominguez in Kermit, Texas on December 17, 1965.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25, 2013 from 6-8 pm with the Rosary beginning at 6:00 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. The funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Mark's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.

Demetrio is survived by his wife, Francisca; daughter, Hilda Carrillo; son, Jaime Armendarez; step-son, Robert Towns; sister, Gloria Grado; and 5 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents.
