Dewey Eldridge Quesenberry's Obituary

Dewey Eldridge Quesenberry of Aubrey, TX., formerly of Fowlerville, MI., passed away peacefully in his sleep December 11, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born October 27, 1935 in Virginia to Dewey and Dorothy Quesenberry.

Dewey was drafted in 1956 to serve in the army infantry, stationed in Fort Lewis, Washington.  He transferred to the Army Reserves in 1958 and was honorably discharged in 1962.

He was a quiet person who enjoyed hunting, farming, and gardening.

In 1996 Dewey retired after 30 years with Ford Motor Company, where he worked at the Wixom Plant.

Dewy is survived by his wife of 40 years, Jean Anne, stepdaughters, Judi Martin and husband Jerry, Susan Courter and husband Bryon, Kathy Duncan and husband George, Mary Beth Bowman and husband John, stepson, Marvin Tomlin and wife Stacy; grandchildren, Corby, Brett, Megan, Katelyn, Tia, Rebecca, Garrett, Jennifer, Hunter, Jenna, Cole, and Lauryn; great-granddaughters, Kya and Cora; three sisters, Treva Payne, Dreama Boothe, and Helen Grubbs, one brother, Drexel Quesenberry, and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Reba Elledge, Velva Tepper, Tressie Shrader, and two brothers, Rupert Quesenberry, and Brooks Quesenberry.

He will be laid to rest in Princeton, West Virginia.
