Obituary
Diana Goodwin Ward was born April 1, 1942 to Robert and Venice Goodwin in Dallas, Texas. She was a graduate of Highland Park High School, SMU and earned a masters degree from UNT.
Diana worked in the travel industry for many years, later she taught ESL and was a member of the Denton Benefit League. She was a friend of Bill W. and actively supported the recovery of countless others for more than 25 year.
Diana is survived by her cousin, Vicki Lamb Holt, sister in law, Marcia Myrand and devoted friends.
She is preceded in death by the husband, Charles (Chuck) Ward.
A Memorial service will be held on June 10, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to a charity of your choice.
