On Tuesday, April 23rd, 2019, Diane Lark, loving wife and mother of two children, peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by her family.

Diane lived 78 amazing years, residing in Argyle, Texas for her last 16 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore, her mother, Evelyn and her sister Rochelle. She is survived by her husband of 54 years H.D Lark, her two children, Jeff Lark and Kristie Bateman, her son in law Kent Bateman, her brothers Bud and Ted Burger, and grandchildren, Mitchell, Conner and Ashlyn Bateman.

Diane was a public-school teacher for over 30 years and taught at various schools in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. She has encountered previous students over the years and they always had wonderful memories of her as their teacher. Diane loved taking care of her plants and gardening. She loved her family and spending time with them was of utmost importance to her. Diane also loved to travel and was blessed to travel around the world.  Rolling Acres neighborhood will miss her friendly face and smile as she walked around the neighborhood daily.

Diane attended Cross Timbers Church in Argyle, TX and knew Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.  She is dancing with the angels in heaven and is reuniting with loved ones and friends that have gone before her.

Diane's celebration of life will be on Sunday, May 19 ^th from 2-5 at her daughter's house in Argyle, TX. All are welcome to come by and share a favorite memory or story from her life.  A life well lived indeed…
