Obituary

Dianne Louise Keller, 81, passed away on 21 April 2025, in Denton, Texas after a long battle in hospitals & a rehab facility.

She was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa on 23 September 1943. Her parents were Elizabeth & Robert Palmer. Dianne married her sailor friend, Gene, on 14 April 1973.

Being a Navy wife, she had to move every few years. In doing so, she worked various secretarial jobs at different companies. In addition, she taught painting & craft classes. Her latest craft project was making memorable scrapbooks to donate to individuals for new babies, for weddings, birthdays, or other occasions.

Dianne's patriotism was steadfast in support of the Navy & of her husband. She served as Command Ombudsman & as chairperson of the Officer Navy Wives Club. She was highly respected by every commanding officer.

A devout Christian, Dianne had given her life to the Lord. She was active in church, teaching Sunday school leading Bible studies, & heading up a ladies group. In her pastime, she would spend time reading the Bible. Her goal in life was to go to Israel.

Dianne is survived by her husband, Gene; three children, Kelli Ann Chase & her husband, David (Denton, TX), Mathew Breck Keller & his wife, Paulette (San Diego, CA), & Branson Michael Keller & his wife, Patti (Framers Branch, TX); six grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; extended family & many friends.
