Dixie June Cobb, 66, of Celina, Texas passed away with her brothers by her side in Carrolton, Texas on Sunday, February 13, 2022. She was born to William "Bill" and Letha "June" Cobb on April 20, 1955 in Lincoln, Illinois.

Upon returning to Texas, she attended schools in Lubbock, McKinney and then Princeton, Texas, where she graduated in 1973.  She attended college at Grayson County Community College, where she attained an Associate's Degree.

Dixie was a woman of faith and family; she was a member of the Church of Christ and spent lots of fun times with her sister, brothers, nephews and nieces. She enjoyed taking care of her family. Prior to her retirement, Dixie was employed with Allstate Insurance Company for many years.

Dixie is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and June Cobb, sister, Trixie Lee Cobb and brother, William "Terry" Cobb. She is survived by her brothers, Kevin Cobb, of Celina, Texas and Patrick Cobb and wife, Sandy and their children, Timothy, Tyler, Natalie and Jenny of Red Oak, Texas, and Trixie's children, Sebastian and Manuel, of Frisco, Texas.

A visitation will be held at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Friday, February 18, 2022 at 12:00 P.M. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 P.M. with Mr. Patrick Cobb officiating. She will be interred with her siblings at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton, Texas.
