Obituary
Donald Roy Madewell born November 9, 1931 in Checotah, Okla. passed away on April 1, 2016 in Houston, Texas.
Don began his career at 17 in the US Air Force where he served as a Master Sergeant. He worked at the US Post Office before retiring after many years from Reliant Energy.
He was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife Glenda Faye Madewell, sons, Bob and wife Lynn Madewell, Mark and wife Mary Madewell, Gary Jeter, daughter, Tanya Oliver, five grandchildren, Nathan, Melanie, Paul, Joey, Jared and their spouses, seven great-grand children, sister, Pauline Smith and many extended family members and friends.
Graveside service will be Wednesday April 6, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. at Jackson Cemetery in Krum, Texas.
