Dorothea Jean Davidson, 91, of Denton, Texas went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 5, 2018 in Denton, Texas. She was born on September 29, 1926 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Ocie T. and Opal A. (Sullivan) Dooley. Dorothea was married to the Late William M. Davidson. They were married on April 24, 1943 in Greenville, Texas.

Dorothea is survived by her son, Terry (Penni) Davidson of Sanger, daughter, Diana (Robert) Doyle of Sherwood, AR., sisters, Betty (Wayne) Stocks of Denton, TX., Patsy Elaine Roland of Royal City, TX., brother, Thomas (Virginia) Dooley of Rockwall, TX., eight grandchildren, Kimberly, Elizabeth, January, Jesica, Jennifer, Jeannette, Crystal, Christopher and eighteen great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Funeral services will start at 2:00 P.M. with Robert Heidler officiating, both will be held at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Interment will follow at Pilot Point Cemetery in Pilot Point, Texas. Pallbearers will be Jon Donovan, Cody Braughler, Daniel Farley, Tony Phillips, Stephen Bishop and Christopher Davidson.
