Dorothea Maxine Keil was born March 20, 1922 and passed away on December 24, 2014 at the age of 92. Maxine outlived almost all members of her family. She grew up in Plattsmouth, NE and married Chester Keil in 1939. The made their home in Omaha, NE and had 2 children, Cheryl and Kerry. Maxine and Chet lived a great life and moved to Farmers Branch, TX in 1972. After Chet retired they took several trips, with Branson, MO being their favorite.

Maxine's father, Harry Seth Thimjahn, passed away when she was 10 and her mother, Mable Meisinger Thimjahn passed away when she was 17. Maxine had a sister, Margie who died at age 3. Maxine lived with her grandparents, Mary and George Meisinger until Chet swished her off to be his bride.

In 2004 Maxine and Chet moved to Autumn Oaks Assisted Living in Corinth, TX where Chet died in 2005. They lost their oldest granddaughter, Kimberly Schramm in 1990.

Maxine is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and LeeRoy Schramm of Corinth, along with granddaughter, Stephanie and James Hull and great grandsons, Tyler and Ryan Hull of Corinth; son and daughter-in-law, Kerry and Tracy Keil of Chandler, AZ, along with granddaughters, Courtney, Kristen, Kelsey, Kendall and great granddaughter, Nicoletta.

We Wish to THANK everyone at Web Chapel United Methodist Church in Farmers Branch, TX and Lake Cities United Methodist Church in Lake Dallas, TX for Cards and Love. In addition, we wish to THANK the Staffs of Autumn Oaks Assisted Living, Corinth Rehabilitation and Suites, and Heart to Heart Hospice for their Love and Care through the past 10 years.

Services will be on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors, Denton, TX. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Swisher Cemetery in Lake Dallas.
