Dorothy Edna Flight died on Saturday, December 31, 2016 in Denton , TX at the age of 95. She was born in Chelsea , MA . she was the daughter of the late William and Eliza Flight.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. William Flight and son, John Flight, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Lamb and her husband, Richard Lamb of Denton , TX and her daughter-in-law, Janice Flight of Lynnfield , MA .

She was the loving grandmother to Justin, Kimberly, Tiffany, Paige and the late Brian Flight and great-grandmother to Nicholas, Jac, Zack, Kayla and Mackenzie.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday January 28, 2017 at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas starting at 3:00 P.M.
