Edmond Sharp Bright, 88, of Corinth passed away at home on Monday, October 9, 2017.  He was born in Birmingham, Alabama on October 4, 1929 to Ernest DeWitt Bright and Kathryn Faughender Bright.  He was a veteran of the US Navy and was a member of the Stanfield Masonic Lodge #217 of Denton.  He was retired from Moore Business Forms.

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Thursday night from 6-8:00 P.M. for visitation.  Funeral Services will be on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 11:00 A.M.. in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Chaplain Mike Shillings officiating.  Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.

He is survived by his wife; Beth Bright of Corinth, son, Jim and wife Linda Bright of Valley View, grandsons, Edmond S. Bright II and wife Ashley Bright, Creed Bright, and 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother John Bright.
