Edna Gibson Kimbrough, 89, of Fort Worth, passed away Tuesday, December 08, 2015 in Fort Worth. She was born October 5, 1926 in Crandall to James Madison and Violette Mae Mason Gibson. She married Robert Cooke Kimbrough III on January 26, 1947 in Denton. She graduated from NTSTC, now UNT. She was a member of University Methodist Church.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth. Graveside service will be Friday, December 11, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth.

She is survived by her son, Kim Bradley Kimbrough of Fort Worth; granddaughters, Jennifer K. Hughes of Burleson, Heather K. Costello of Houston; grandson, Chris C. Kimbrough of Coppell; great grandsons, Jonathan R. Cutler of Houston and Connor C. Kimbrough of Coppell. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Norma Gibson and brother, James Gibson, Jr.
