Edward Lawrence Totherow passed away in Denton, Texas on Friday, March 22, 2024. He was born in San Jose, California to Verlon and Dovie (York) Totherow on October 11, 1949.

Edward spent his time fixing and selling cars for a living. He enjoyed spending time with his daughters and grandchildren when he had the free time.

He is preceded in death by his parents Verlon and Dovie Totherow, his wife Martha Totherow, and his five siblings Thelma Gragg, Lonnie Totherow, Cecil Totherow, Daniel Totherow, and Robert Totherow.

Edward is survived by his seven daughters. Lisa Brogdon of Bakersfield, California, Miranda Kincaid of Frisco, Texas, Nancy Kay of Sanger, Texas, Angela Billy of Whitewright, Texas, Elise Totherow of Denton, Texas, Stacey Smith of Denton, Texas, and Amy Totherow of Denton, Texas. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and family from 5:00 -7:00 pm on Friday, March 29, 2024 at DeBerry Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at DeBerry Funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Randy Smith, Junior Whytus, Ransom Totherow, Randy Smith, Jr., Justin Totherow, and Kailin Greene.
