Elizabeth Ann Boyd Foster passed away January 9, 2026, at her home. Liz was born July 8, 1955, to Lewis and Ruth Boyd in Dallas, where she grew up and attended school. Liz met the love of her life, Charles "Charlie" Foster, in Fort Worth while working together. They were married on November 4, 1992, and celebrated 32 years until his death in 2024. She was loving, caring, hardworking, and sassy.

Liz accepted Jesus as her savior as a young girl. She attended Denton Bible Church and loved the friends she made in her grief share group and life group. She had many health issues and was a recipient of a successful kidney transplant.

Liz is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Foster, her parents Lewis and Ruth Boyd, and several beloved pets. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Gene Meador; her nephew, Ted Meador and wife, Wendy; great nephew and niece, Miles Meador and Annie Meador, all of Denton. Her nephew Tim Meador and wife, Marzia, of Kazakhstan; Alexi, her fur baby, and many other longtime friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 31st at DeBerry Funeral Directors located at 2025 W. University Dr. Denton, Texas, at 11:00AM.
