Elsie Mae Brearley, 90 of Denton, passed away in Denton on September 2nd.  She was born in Denton to Frank and Eula Lawler Harrel.  She attended local public schools. Elsie married H.D. (Doug) Brearley, he preceded her in death.

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors for visitation Friday, Sept. 13, 2024 from 5-7:00 pm.  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024 at Prairie Mound Cemetery in Denton County.

She is survived by a son, Larry Brearley of Krum, 3 grandchildren Lisa Hinsch, Ken & Kevin Brearley, numerous great grandchildren and Nieces and nephews.

Elsie was preceded in death by 2 sons, Kenneth and James Brearley, 2 sisters, Edith Grosse, Peggy Zaeske, 3 brothers, Roy Reed, W.F. (Biff) and Elwood Harral.
