Estella Tovar Munoz, 71 of Denton, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Medical City Denton after a lengthy illness.  She was born in Seguin Texas to Natividad and Timotea (Seputa) Tovar on January 5, 1949.

She was retired from Victors Equipment. She most recently worked at the Best Western in Denton.

There will be a public viewing on Monday, August 17th, 2020 from 10 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas.

Private family services will be held due to the COVID pandemic.

Estella is survived by 2 sons, Manuel Gomez, Jr. of Fort Worth and Danny Gomez of Denton, 4 sisters, Linda San Miguel, Juanita Gloria, Dominga Tovar Nunez, Jovita Hinesoja, 2 brothers, Sylvano Tovar, Lupe Tovar, Sr., 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, Pedro "Pete" Tovar, Paul Tovar, Natividad Tovar, Jr and a son, Roland Gomez.

Honorary Pallbearers will be; Trey Gomez, Trevor Gomez, Troy Gomez, Roland Daniel Gomez, Jr., Daniel Gomez, Aaron Gomez.
