Eva LaVerne Littleton, 93, of Denton, Texas passed away peacefully with her family by her side on December 18, 2023. She was born in Wink, Texas on October 18, 1930.

Eva was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and Great-Great Grandmother. She cared for and cherished her family, and extended family, until her last day on this earth. She was always more concerned with the needs and wishes of others than her own. Eva was an avid reader going through books at lighting speed her entire life. She was quick witted and always fun to be with, sharp as a tack until the end. She was so loved and will be deeply missed.

Eva was raised in Denton, Texas and received her bachelor's degree in Business from the University of North Texas in Denton. She worked in various positions as an executive secretary, with the school system, Lockheed Martin, and in the real estate industry.

She is survived by her daughters, Penny Littleton, of Denton, Texas, Patty Lewis and her husband Barham, of Nacogdoches, Texas, sons, Mike Littleton, of Denton, Texas, Matthew Littleton and his wife Kelly, of Santa Fe, Texas, grandchildren, Nathan Messick, Jake Lewis, Tarah Lewis, Lindsey Littleton, Hannah Carnes, and James Littleton, great-grandchildren, Ashley Littleton, Justin Littleton, Alyssa Coe, Charlotte Carnes, Ellie Carnes and Grady Littleton, great-great-granddaughter Kinsley Littleton.

Eva was preceded in death by her son Mark Littleton, her grandson Jason Littleton, her granddaughter Heather Messick, her brother John Davidson, and her Mother and Father.

A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park, on Friday, December 22, 2023
