Florence Marie Cook, 19, of Gainesville passed away on May 29, 2020 in Denton. She was born on July 6, 2000 in Portland, Oregon to Melissa Ann Wigginton and Michael Robert Cook.

Florence was such a sweet girl. Often putting herself last and being there for other's. She was very loving and supportive. She made the world a brighter place to be. She'd often say " You don't have to believe in you. Just believe in the me that believes in you."

Florence loved her family. Whether they were blood or people she adopted along the way. She loved them. Florence also loved music and theater and nature. She was a student at NCTC. She had been talking about maybe doing a double major with Theater and Astrology.

Florence was in a loving relationship with Anttonie Rome. They were always together. He would play the guitar and she would sing. Or they'd go on hikes at nature trails.

She is survived by her mother, Melissa Ann Silva and her husband, Cristanno, her father, Christopher Patee, sister, Vivian Michelle Sneed and brother, Evan Robert Michael Cook.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
