Floyd Jewell West Jr. (Bud West) was born in Anna, Texas on February 8, 1933 to Floyd Jewell West and Gracie Mae Whitfield West. He was an entrepreneur and Local business Owner in Lake Cities Area. He departed this life on June 3, 2012. Bud was an avid fisherman and he was passionate about the game of golf. He loved traveling to Reno, Nevada and enjoyed a mean game of poker. He is survived by Linda and Jerry Blazewicz, Michael Jewell West, James Lee and Becky West, Marshall Wayne West, and Mary West. Grandchildren Cassandra and Taku Sakai, Misty and Michael Schuttloffel, Breanne Blazewicz and Elizabeth West. Great Grandchildren Luke Thomas, Isabelle Marie, Anastacia Rose and Finn Michael Schuttloffel. Two sisters Juanita West Belcher and Dorothy West Wilkerson and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 5, 2012 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer society.
