Obituary
Frances Geraldine Grubb, 71, of Denton, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. She was born on January 18, 1943 in Prince William County, Virginia to Willard Ermal Acord and Freda Irene Holbrook Acord.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 2:30 pm in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Peggy Mullins and husband Jim of Denton Texas, a son, Harry Grubb, Jr. of Wapakoneta, Ohio, sister, Wanda Vanderpool and husband Bobby of Tanner West Virginia and two grandchildren, Brandon Charles Mullins of Denton, Texas and David Allen Grubb of Wapakoneta, Ohio. She also had several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Garland Wayne Acord.
Frances worked at The Wapak Manor as Aid Co-Ordinator until she moved to Texas. She stayed active and enjoyed going to school activites that her Grandson participated in. Over the years while in Texas she met numerous friends that became family to her.
