Frances E. Milroy passed away Sunday, May 13, 2012 at the Denton Good Samaritan Village. She was born July 8, 1922 in McKinney, TX to Theron Gerald Snider and Lena H. Nelson Snider. She was a graduate of Clifton High School in Clifton, TX and attended NTSU in Denton for 2 years. She was a LVN nurse at the Denton Osteopathic Hospital and retired from the Denton State School as a lab technician. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Denton.


The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Tuesday night from 6 to 8 p.m. for visitation, funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Dr. Robert Nobles officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.


Frances is survived by; son, Bill and wife Barbara Milroy of Denton, daughter, Barbara Woodruff of Wolfe City, 2 brothers, Bennie and wife Joyce Snider of Denton, Paul and wife Gwen Snider of Denton, grandchildren Brenda and husband Coby Mills of Plano, Glenda and husband Chip Langston of Rockwall, Bridget Milroy of Paris TX, Brandy Corbin of Lufkin, Tommy Deimler of Denton, Jennifer Deimler of Denton, Pam Darhower of Shermansdale PA, great grandchildren, Dwight Mills and Amanda Mills of Plano, Abi Brummett, Jayden Brown, Alaina Johnson all of Paris, Ryan Grace of Denton, Alec Darhower and Alexis Deimler both of Shermansdale PA, and numerous other family members and friends


She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Gerald Snider and son-in-law, James Don Woodruff.

Pallbearers will include: Coby Mills, Dwight Mills, Chip Langston, Tommy Deimler, Tim Snider, Jimmie Henslee, Akeem Olubodun. Honorable Pallbearers are: Jayden Brown and Ryan Grace.


In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Charity of your choice or Denton Good Samaritan Health Care in Frances name.
