Francis Joseph "Frank" Fischer, 84, of Corinth, Texas passed away at his home on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 24, 1936 to Alois and Adelheid (Nied) Fischer.

He attended school in New York and went on to attend The Baking Institute in Chicago. On August 5, 1989, Francis married the love of his life, Sue Woodlee. He retired from Cain Food Industries where he worked as a Sales Executive.

He is preceded in death by his parents. Francis is survived by his wife, Sue Fischer & sons, Mark and Greg Fischer.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
