Freddie Donald Smith Jr. (Bubba Don) passed away in Ft. Worth, Texas on Sunday, February 19, 2023. He was born in Austin, Texas to Freddie and Yvonne Smith Sr. on October 25, 1959. Bubba Don enjoyed working on cars and showing his cars. He also enjoyed cooking on his smoker.  He served on the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce.  Was a member of the North Texas Mustang Club and Lone Star Corvette Club. Won several awards for his cars throughout the years. He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Uncle Jim, Uncle David.

Visitation will be held from 5PM to 7PM, Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at DeBerry Funeral Home in Denton, Texas. Funeral services are scheduled to start at 10AM, Thursday also at DeBerry's with interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.

Bubba Don is survived by his wife Nanette; daughter Sandra,  sister Cynthia, sister-in-law Karen Crittendon; Aunt Lou; Aunt Jane and Uncle Joe, and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
