Geneva Barns Boydston, 92, of Denton passed away at home on Saturday, October 26, 2013. She was born in Denton on March 28, 1921. She attended Denton Public Schools and what is now the University of North Texas.

She was a loving mother and homemaker and worked for the Medical Surgical Clinic in Denton prior to her retirement. She was a volunteer at the Denton Regional Medical Center.

Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 29th at Roselawn Memorial Park in Denton.

Geneva is survived by a son, Jess Boydston, Jr. and wife Marsha Boydston, daughter in law, Arlene Boydston, grandsons, Rodney & Michael Boydston, Kip Boydston, Keith, Danny, Johnny, Douglas Boydston, great grandsons, Kevin & Max Boydston, Jeremy, Joss, Andrew & Adam Boydston, great granddaughters, Ashley & Jessica Boydston.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jess L. Boydston, Son, Danny R. Boydston, sisters, Pauline James and Carolyn Green, and brother Homer Barns.
