Gladys Luvail
Wells
November 23, 1959 – June 4, 2020
Gladys Luvial Wells, passed away peacefully with her daughter and son by her side at the Heart Hospital in Denton,Tx on Thursday, June 4, 2020. She was born on November 23, 1959 to the late Gyp Sr. and Maggie Lee Wells.
Gladys life had many chapters each page delivering different elements of an incredible story. She was bold and lively as her infectious laugh. Gladys did not have an easy life by any stretch of the measure. What made her who she was, was the power of her conviction. Later on in her life she professed her faith in Jehovah and His son Jesus Christ and was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness. Gladys was a woman who stood by her beliefs and loved everyone. She was tough as nails, but had a heart of pure 24k gold. She was incredibly loving and proud of her children which she considered her greatest achievement. She leaves behind her legacy which her children and grandchildren will carry on and blossom.
Gladys deeply believed in the Bible's promise of a resurrection to a life where the earth will be restored to a paradise. She looks forward to seeing her mother Maggie Lee Wells and sister Everliner "Red" Lightning. She also awaits the resurrection of other loved ones she lost.
Ms. Gladys leaves many to cherish her memory: Four sons, Keith, Derrick, Stevie and Calvin Wells; one daughter LaKisha K. Ector and their families. Her sister - Victoria Lee Wells; four brothers - Jessie, Gyp Jr., Milton, and Michael Wells. Gladys also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
