Golda Dell Pockrus Edwards, 67, of Sunset passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2014 in Decatur. She was born January 3, 1947 in Justin to James Howard Pockrus and Frances Pippin Pockrus. She was co-owner of G&H Trucking and a member of First Baptist Church of Argyle.



Visitation will be Friday, November 14, 2014 from 6 – 8 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Corinth.



Golda is survived by daughters, Patricia DeAnn Dowell Hudson of Arlington and Juanita Kay Sepulvado of Aubrey; son, William Edwards of Sunset; sisters, Elois Brown and husband James of Shady Shores, Vera Justice and husband Kenneth of Arlington, Rebecca White and husband Craig of LeCompt, LA; brother, John Pockrus and wife Cynthia of Argyle; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and 2 on the way. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Hayward Edwards and brothers, James Alvan and Robert Eugene Pockrus
