Gregory Lee Whittington passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022. He was born in Sterling, Illinois to David and Hazel Whittington on February 8, 1955. Gregory enjoyed reading, playing his guitar, and boating on the lake.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held at DeBerry Funeral Home from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., Sunday, July 24, 2022.

Gregory is survived by his wife Sandy, his daughter Gina Renken and son in law Jon Renken, and his two granddaughters Shelby and Madison Renken.  He is also survived by his three brothers and their wives Davie and Suzy Whittington, Dale and Rita Whittington, and Allan and Chris Whittington.
