Obituary
Greta Wood Garrett, 86, of Argyle passed away Saturday, August 13, 2016 in Denton, Texas. She was born February 15, 1930 to Perry and Clela Wood in Argyle, Texas. Greta married Clifford Garrett October 12, 1968 in Denton, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband Clifford Garrett, parents Perry and Clela Wood and her brother Perry Addison Wood.
Greta was a member of the First Baptist Church of Argyle and the I.O.O.F. Odd Fellows. She was formerly employed at Moore Business Forms, and the TWU library and also volunteered at Denton Regional Medical Center.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2016 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors.
