It is with a broken heart that we say good-bye to Harvey Wilbanks! He was an amazing husband, dad, and friend. He built his family on the foundation of God and was the hands and feet of Jesus to those around him. We know that he is celebrating in heaven but will be overwhelmingly missed!

Harvey enjoyed spreading laughter and joy to those around him. His passions included watching his grandson play baseball and basketball and helping people at Ponder Hardware Store.

He was born in Denton, Texas to Rayford and Janie Wilbanks on August 17, 1953.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Harvey is survived by his wife Janell, daughter Lindsey Herbert and husband Darren, daughter Jennifer Ishmael and husband Eddie, grandson Hunter Ishmael, and sisters, Janet Koelzer and Nita Watson and other family.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 21st at 3:00pm at Denton County Cowboy Church.
