Helen Estelle Jones Inmon passed away Monday, January 8, 2024 at the Carriage House Assisted Living of Denton. She was born in Denton on January 18, 1927, the daughter of Leroy Dick and Vesta Lee (Wilson) Jones. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 52 years, Ted E. Inmon, in 1999, and their infant son, Glenn Earl Inmon, in 1958.

Helen is survived by her son, Gerald "Jerry" Inmon (Nancy) of Orlando, FL, and her daughter, Cheryl Inmon Long (Jim) of Flower Mound; grandchildren, Kimberly Green (Garth Wright) of Bryan, TX, Bryan Inmon (Sang H. Pak) of Allen, Meredith Bammel (Brad) of Fort Worth, Everett Reeder, of Fort Worth, Zakery Inmon, of Orlando, and Ethan Long, of Flower Mound; great-grandchildren, River, Sophia, and Sydney Inmon, of Allen; and sister, Shirley Jones Dixon, of Denton.

Helen completed local public schools in Denton County. She was employed with the Lewisville State Bank for many years. Upon retirement, Helen and Ted enjoyed visiting all 50 states and parts of Europe.

The family will be at DeBerry Funeral Directors on Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 11, 2024, with the Rev. Kenneth Wells officiating.
