Herman Edward King, Jr., 80, of Justin passed away on January 25, 2022 in Denton, Texas. He was born in Campbell County Virginia on September 22, 1941 to Herman and Carrie King, Sr.

Herman "Dusty" King was a man of God and loved the Lord with all of his heart. His biggest desire was for his kids,family and friends to be saved by our Lord and savior. He loved his wife Debra very much and enjoyed spoiling her. He loved all of his kids so much and was a very proud dad/grandpa. He was passionate about fishing and hunting. He was an avid gardener and loved to share the fruits of his labor. He loved his fur babies most of all "PJ". Dusty loved to share memories,photos and jokes from his phone...all the time. He was a long-haul truck driver for 40+ years and was able to see all of the amazing places the Lord created.

He is survived by his wife, Debra, daughter, Debra Stinnett of Virginia, sons, Timothy King and his wife June, of Denton, and Kevin King and his wife Christina of Virginia, brothers, Jimmy King, Eugene King and wife Carolyn, 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and brother, Donny Litchford.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Bible Baptist Church in Justin, Texas.
