Homer Solis, 81, of Krum, Texas passed away at his home Sunday, August 29, 2021. He was  born in Matamoros, Mexico to Thomas and Margarita Solis.

Homer met and married the love of his life, Juana Robles. He and Juana went on to have eight children together: David, Homer Jr., Tony, Susie, Alisia, Ricky, Johnny and Rosa. He was the owner of SunRise Fiberglass Pools.

He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Homer Solis Jr. and daughter, Rosa Solis. Homer is survived by his wife of 61 years, Juana Solis, sons, David, Tony, Ricky and Johnny Solis, daughters, Susie Trevino and Alisia Solis. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty five great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends, Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 12-2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. A graveside service will be held at Jackson Cemetery in Krum, Texas at 2:30 P.M. with his son, Mr. David Solis officiating.
