Howard Reed Gwin, 79, of Justin, Texas passed away on September 12, 2015. Howard was born on August 4, 1936 to Ermin and Jewel (Allen) Gwin in Conway, Arkansas.
Graduated from Morrilton High School and attended Arkansas Tech University, Conway, Arkansas, and served in US Military.
He married Theodora (Teedie)Lee Lindsey Gwin in Little Rock, Arkansas, November 27, 1956.
Mr. Gwin is survived by his daughter, Tambi Laird, her husband Eric of Krum, grandson Michael Todd and wife Nicole of Flower Mound, grandsons, Lucas Laird of Fort Worth, Scott Laird of Krum and granddaughter, Erika Cutforth and husband James of San Antonio, and 4 great grandchildren, Savanna and Dylan Todd and Zane and Shelby Cutforth.
He is proceeded in death by his wife, Teedie Gwin his parents, Ermin and Jewel Gwin, brothers, EA Gwin and Jimmy Gwin and sister Dororthy Benafield and grandson Carl Maxwell Laird.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Arkansas. The family is requesting that donations be made to the Denton Senior Center Library, 509 N Bell, Denton, Texas, 76209.
