Isabella Allison Britton passed away on June 20, 2018 in Denton, Texas. Isabella was born in Los Angeles, California on February 12, 1932 and was adopted by David and Mary Elizabeth Allison. She grew up in Los Angeles County, spending much of her time in Malibu Beach, Bellaire and Brentwood. She attended and graduated from the Marlborough School before venturing on to Arizona State University. Isabella lived in many places throughout the United States, including Rome, Georgia, Atlanta, Georgia, Dallas, Texas, Weed, California, Rosemary Beach, Florida, and Denton, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother David Allison, husband William Brown Britton III and great-grandchild Stephanie Halvorson. She is survived by her daughters Debra and Judith, 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 23 in Denton, Texas. Memorial gifts may be sent to The Humane Society.
