Jackie Lee Bridges passed away in Denton, Texas on Monday, September 1, 2025. He was born in Denton to Ralph and Lela Bridges on December 30, 1944. Jackie worked as a painter with his father and brother Bridges Paint. Owned and operated Mississippi Muffler, Owned and Operated Parts Plus Auto Parts in Aubrey, Texas Jackie enjoyed working on drag racing cars all his life with family and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Ralph B. and Lela Irene Bridges, his brother Ralph Bridges, and Frances and Bill Brazeal.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00PM, Monday, September 8, 2025, at DeBerry Funeral Directors.

Jackie is survived by his wife Linda Bridges, two sons Stacy and Shane, and two grandchildren Benjamin and Matthew.
