James A. Hill, 91, of Denton, Texas passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019. He was born on June 09, 1928 in Rosebud, Texas to C. Alvin Hill and Mary Vernie (Zawadzke) Hill.

James lived in Rosebud his entire childhood with his two sisters, Wanda and Virginia. After graduating high school in 1945, he enlisted in the United States Air Force in Waco, Texas. He served his country for 21 ½ years, retiring in 1972 as an E-6 Sargent. James went on to work for and retire from Ford Motor Company in Dallas, Texas where he worked on the assembly plant.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Mary Hill and his two sisters, Wanda and Virginia.

He is survived by his son, James Craig Hill, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
