James Edward Hundley, Jr., 71, of Granbury, passed away Monday, June 29, 2015. He was born August 29, 1943 in Gainesville to James Edward Hundley, Sr. and Mildred Mae Speake Hundley. He was married to Ramie Allison. He was the owner of an insurance agency in Fort Worth. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Acton United Methodist Church.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at DeBerry Funeral Directors from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Pastor Jeff Schuckers officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Creek Cemetery in Cooke County.

He is survived by his wife, Ramie Hundley of Granbury; daughters, Jayme Haney of Weatherford and Jenita Hundley of Granbury; sons, James Hundley of Millsap and Grady Bishop of Sanford; sister, Cynthia Rogers of Houston; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents.
