Obituary

James "Jim" Dale Lowimore, 73, of Krum passed away on August 10, 2020 at his home. He was born in Leroy, Kansas to Bonnie and Mildred (Anthony) Lowrimore on September 18, 1946.

Jim served his country in the Navy from 1966-1970 on the USS Sperry. He was called by the Lord to start a dirt bike ministry in 1998. He reached countless lives thru his ministry which he was very passionate and built life long friendships.

He is survived by his wife, Diane of Krum, daughters, Karrie Stevenson and husband Phillip of Sanger, Kristi Bernhardt of Krum, son, Kevin Lowrimore and his wife, Brandy of Krum, sister, Beverly Kugler and her husband, David of Arkansas, brother, Kenny Lowrimore and wife Sue of Frisco, Tx., 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, sister, Diana Jean Meeks, brother, Tony Lowirmore and son in law, Dennis Bernhardt.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 14, 2020 from 5-7 PM at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton, Texas. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God Church in Denton, Texas. Interment will follow at Jackson Cemetery in Krum, Texas where Navy honors will be rendered.
