James Marion Pugh of Decatur, Texas passed away peacefully April 26, 2018 at the age of 85. James was born December 29, 1932. He graduated from Ponder High School.

He was a rancher, avid hunter and trained hunting dogs all his life.

James is survived by his loving wife, JoAnn Wilson of Decatur, TX and his sister, Coleta Francine Pugh Stacks of Granbury, TX.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ruth Doyle Pugh and Grover Cleveland Pugh, his first wife, Nita Jo Hilger Pugh and his siblings Coy Doyle Pugh, Elmer Lee Pugh, G.C. Pugh, Jr., Treailla Olene Pugh Burns, Betty Jo Pugh Richards and Frank Monroe Pugh.

Visitation will be Monday, April 30 ^th from 6-8 PM at DeBerry Funeral Directors in Denton. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 1 ^st at 11 AM at Jackson Cemetery in Krum, TX.
