James Thomas "Tommy" Tait, 71 of Krum, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2020 at Presbyterian Hospital in Denton.  He was born May 1, 1949 in Modesto, California to Jess Thomas and Katherine Carey Tait.  He graduated from RL Turner High School in Carrollton, class of 1967.  Tommy married Judy Lynn Parks in November of 1976 in Oklahoma.  He was retired from Affiliated Auto Salvage.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Katherine Tait and his wife Judy Lynn Tait.

Tommy is survived by his two daughters, Shellie Tait, Trynna Roberts and husband Trip, son, Jon Tait and wife Angie, six grandchildren; Darian Tait, Riley Ramirez, Jada Roberts, Hunter Fox, Walker Fox, Rylee Fox and many extended family members.

A Graveside Service for close family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Jackson cemetery in Krum to bury his ashes.
