Jeff Tangman, Age 76, passed away July 7th, 2025 after a lengthy battle with Lung Cancer.   Born on November 19, 1948 in Illinois and preceded in death by his Mother, Lorene Tangman, Father, Horace Junior Tangman, Sister, Jill Tangman (Coleman) and Brother, Scott Tangman.

Survivors included his Wife, Diane Taylor Tangman, one Son, Alexander L. Tangman of Austin, TX, one Stepson, Kelly D. Peace of Denton, TX, one Sister-In-Law, Sharon Tangman (Scott's spouse), many nieces and nephews and a large group of Grandchildren from his blended family.

Jeff graduated in 1970 from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois and was a very active member of the Gamma Nu Fraternity for over 50 years. Cremation Rites will be accorded along with his personal request to have his ashes spread over Lake Pontchartrain in his beloved New Orleans.  A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.

His passing leaves a huge void but Jeff would want to be remembered for loving friendships, good times and a life well lived.
