Jill Diana Currie Trantham passed away Monday, March 17, 2014 in Denton. She was born in Ontario, Canada on July 30, 1960 to George and Mavis Currie of the same Province. Jill was raised in Canada, graduated from Carleton University and moved to Texas in 1982. She married Bill Trantham of Denton in 1984. She worked for many years in the legal services business with her husband, Bill, an attorney in Denton.

Jill was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mavis Currie and her older sister, Lynn Cuddington, all of Ontario. She is survived by her husband, Bill Trantham; her son, David Trantham' her sister, Sharon Anderson and sister Meredith Vrbanac; two nieces and two nephews of Ontario; sister-in-law, Nancy McCullough, one niece and nephew; and her beloved dogs, Crickit and Riley.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 6 – 8 p.m. at DeBerry Funeral Directors.
