Joel Edwin Hoard passed away peacefully on Sunday November 8. 2015, at home with his family. Joel was
born April 3, 1939, in Inglewood, Ca to Joe and Winnie (Brown) Hoard.
Joel is survived by his wife Cheryl of 43 years, daughter Jennifer Hitchcock, and husband John Hitchcock. Joel is also
survived by his 4 grandchildren Andrew,Megan,Laurissa and Micheal and 1 great granddaughter Leighton
Grace. He is also survived by his Sister Kathy Cloer of Gainsville, Georgia and several Nieces and Nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother, father and sister Madelyn Santel.
