Obituary
John C. Beck, Jr., 74 of Denton, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2013. He was born on September 16, 1939 in Marfa, Texas to John C. Beck and Francis Fritz Beck. He married Helen Frost in Dallas in 1966 and was a retired high school teacher for Denton ISD.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2013 from 6-8 pm at DeBerry Funeral Directors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1132, Fairfax, VA 22038-1132; or to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Dallas Chapter, 4144 N. Central Expwy Suite 750, Dallas, Texas 75204.
John is survived by his wife, Helen; son, Chuck Beck; and grandchildren, Carol Fischer, Kaci Gerard, Tony Chapman, Bryant Chapman, and James Chapman. He is preceded in death by his parents.
