Obituary
John Michael Ivy, 71, of Denton passed away Saturday January 16, 2016. He was born December 25, 1944 to John and Irene Ivy in Dallas, Texas.
He served in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer during the Vietnam War. John married Joann Johnson in Lake Dallas April 6, 1984. She preceded him in death March 9, 2015.
He is survived by his Daughters Teresa and Marion Cartwright, Tammy Pearson and Lorie Wallace, his Sister Susie and Michael Luten, three nieces Karen, Lisa and Mindy and one Nephew Michael.
John is preceded in death by his Wife Joann Ivy and his Parents John and Irene Ivy.
