John Edward "Eddie Looper, 67 of Denton, formerly of Aubrey, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023 at the Cottonwood Nursing and Rehab.  He was born August 31, 1956 in Denton to Mary Lou Tomberlin and Kennith Gerald Looper.  He graduated from Aubrey High School.

The family will be at Belew Cemetery for visitation at 10:30 am prior to the graveside service to begin at 11:00 am.  Rev. Chris Walden will officiate.

Eddie is survived by; nieces, Amy Hoffman Dick and Ashley Harris, cousins, Gerald Looper, Tommy Looper, great nieces, Gracie Hoffman Dick, Hope Harris, great cousin, Michael Looper and Jaxsin Hoffman Dick. Brother in law, Randy Hoffman.

He was preceded in death by his parents Kennith and Mary Lou Looper, sister Betty Lou Hoffman, great nephew, Xavier Harris.
