Obituary
Johnie Leon Howell, 93, of Cleburne, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2013. He was born on June 19, 1920, in Parker County, Texas, to Joseph Luther Howell and Cynthia Elizabeth Hill Howell. He married Hazel Pearl Howell in Fort Worth on October 5, 1955.
Mr. Howell was a driver for Marigold Milk at retirement.
Leon is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Garland and Kathryn Hunt of Cleburne, sisters Cleo Henigan and Wayne Nell Alexander of Weatherford, grandchildren Roger (Cathy), Steve (Debbie), Brian (Mary) and Dallas (Wesley), numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Howell in 2006, sisters Opal Finley and Lorene McKenzie, brothers Lovell Howell, Landon Howell, Lloyd Howell, Joe Howell, Norman Howell, and Claude Howell.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013, at 2:00 P.M. at Cooper Creek Cemetery in Denton, Texas.
