Johnny Corder Cantwell, 83, of Krum, Texas passed away at his home on December 15, 2023. He was born in Breckenridge, Texas on March 12, 1940, to William and Ida Cantwell.

He is survived by his wife, Alicia Cantwell of Krum, daughter, Jennifer House, and husband Cliff, of Washington, sons, William Cantwell, and wife, Nathlie of Colorado, Douglas Cantwell and wife, Hedie of Maine, John H. Cantwell and wife Cherry of Indiana, Michael Cantwell and wife April, of Missouri, and Todd Cantwell and his wife Kara of New Hampshire, sisters, Sheila Cox of Colorado, and Mary Sue Freiberg of Colorado, and sister-in-law, Jody Cantwell, twenty two grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and brother, Robert Cantwell.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 21, 2023, from 9 AM until 11 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Malone Street in Denton Texas. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM at the Church.

A committal service will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
